fitness ball exercises for women
I Am So Unhappy With My Body & Im Only 13?

Ok, Im 14 In March & Im In Year9 At school. I am SOO depressed cos i am so flabby & chunky. I am a size 12 & i no for women thats like a nice size to be but its not for teenagers!
I want to be a Healthy Size 10! I Have a sort of plan i am going to start, I need some help on if it will work or not :
Breakfast: Weatabix With Milk. 1Banana Or 1Apple
1 Glass of Fresh Orange juice.
Tea: Tuna Pasta with vegtables OR Jacket potatoe with beans & salad Or Shepherds pie & Spag bol. With 1 Glass Of Fresh Orange.
Snacks: Fruit.
Drinks: 5 Glasses of water.
Everyday (Mon-Fri)
20Walk after school with my dog.
45min Swim
30min Ball exercises

Fitness dvd, aprox 1hour Only at weekends!!!

Will This Honestly Work?
How long will it take before i see a difference in my shapes?
Will This Get me toned up all over with a flat stomach?

Wow. Very impressive list! :-)
I am positive that if you do this everyday, you should see a major difference within a couple of weeks! Not only will this be good for your body, but also for your skin. Your spots(if you have any!) will vanish like that. I’m glad that you’re not going to starve yourself like most 13 years old do! This is a very healthy plan, and, well you only really need 60 mins of excercise a day, but if you think you can handle it, then go for it!
Good Luck, and report back in a few weeks to tell us the results! I would also recommend keeping a diary of EVERYTHING you eat, even if it’s like one biscuit or one sweet or something. This will be really helpful to see what you’re eating wrong. Also keep a record of how much you excercise.

Good Luck with everything!
