fitness models wanted

I want a zero fat body without steroids just like the fitness models. How do I get it?
I want serious opinions only.
Fitness models/ bodybuilders, etc have fat % a good ways below what is average (meaning normal). Men are around 5-8% and women around the teens (15-20%) when competing/ fitness modeling. Essential amounts of fat are around 5% in males and 12 % in females. You can be at what are considered an athletic / fitness level of body fat and still not looked ripped like competitors and models.
The way you get there is diet and exercise, but a lot of people don’t understand that because those levels 1)aren’t natural and 2)so far away from the norms that it takes a LOT of effort and committment to get there.
Take the diet. You will have to micromanage your diet. You have to figure out how many calories you need to take in each day for weight loss (typically 20-25% less than your level needed to maintain your current weight) then fix your diet accordingly. You have to know the calorie counts for everything you are taking in overall, and with each meal. Tweaking the proportions from protein, carbs, and fat. Selecting good quality sources for those areas and cutting out the bad (simple carbs, sat. fat, empty calories, etc). Basically, it’s hard to eat healthy when you are having to consider sugars, fats, sodium, cholesterol, etc. You will have to spend a lot of time reading nutrition labels, and seeing what the end numbers look like as you construct your daily diet.
There are also real world considerations- to maximize your metabolism, you eat less, but more frequently. 4 is better, but 5-6 meals a day is best for that. Thing is, if you are stuck at work, you have to make adjustments for that as well. Preparing a lot of food ahead of time so you can take to work and eat a couple of meals during a morning and afternoon break, instead of one meal at “lunch”. Selecting meal choices that you can prepare beforehand and have at work or things you can make at work.
And likely, you are going to have to give up a lot of food/drink that you enjoy having. When co-workers who know I work out a lot and do fitness stuff tell me they really need to lose weight/ diet , etc… first things I ask them are : can you live without soda? can you live without alcohol? can you live without candy/snacks?
Granted, you try and rig your diet as much as possible with things you don’t mind eating/ like eating, but those choices have to fit the diet.
And you have to stick with it… when everyone around you is eating whatever they want, wanting you to go out and eat with them, thinking you are insane for being so meticulous with your diet… you have to stay motivated and focused.
With a great diet in place, the rest comes from doing cardio to burn the fat that you have stored in your body off. Doing exercises/ weights at the same time is good to maintain your muscles, but don’t expect to put on lots of muscle mass. To lose weight, you have to operate in that calorie deficit. To gain weight, you have to be at a surplus. The two are at opposite ends of the spectrum. Get the fat % down to where you want it, then if you want to really go for mass then raise the calories to a surplus level… keep the good diet food choices going in the new diet, drop your cardio to maintainance level, keep hitting the weights, and you’ll be adding on lean muscle and keeping the fat off.
