Do fitness DVDs work? If so, which ones?

I’ve been looking at these dance dvds by Carmen Electra….Dance striptease or something like that…..Have any good suggestions?

i personally like the billy blanks taebo amped dvds i could feel a differance in my muscles after just a few hours and it really works every muscle and also i know someone who has lost nearly thirty pounds over the last 6 weeks i really like this program and i hope this helped a little
