Are there any multiple groups of gyms you can join in Sydney?
When I was in London, I belonged to the London Fitness Network which was great because I could go to any council gym in London for only a few pounds more than joining a single gym. Are there any networks like that in Sydney, Australia?

Yoga for your PE Class.
Aerobic Dance and Pilates will help you lose weight, but they are far from easy and I found them too strainful. The Fitness Center (without a personal trainer) will probably just make you accidentally gain muscle instead of lose weight, and if it’s not organized you probably won’t have motivation to actually do workout.
Art depends… They all sound fun. Unless it’s your major though, I would go with photography, because it’s so useful in real life.
when i start up my computer it comes to the “log in” screen (Windows XP). I will click on my username and it will start up, then immediately log me off and go back to the log in screen. i can’t do anything. i am afraid it may be a virus cuz it started after i downloaded what i thought was a free software program (a diet and fitness tracker). how can i fix this?

boot into “safe mode” and use the system restore option (asuming it is on) and go back to the day before you had this issue. You can get to safe mode by tapping on the “F8″ key when you boot the computer (turn it on) while it is going through hardware but before you see the Windows XP logo. One in safe mode, use the system restore by going to Start –> Accesories –> system tools and click on system restore… select a date that is before the download on that app….

then write stuff in their about me section like “Thank you for all the nice comments but please be respectful as I do have a HUSBAND!” or “I don’t appreciate all the sexual comments, I’m happily married, thanks”. Surely if they put risque photos of themselves lying on a bed in a bikini and bra or bending over to show the camera an eagle eye view of their breasts etc, surely they should expect those sort of comments, should they be publishing pictures like that if they really value their marriage?

Need to create cinched globe design. What program?
I need to quickly come up with a logo for global fitness. I was thinking of using a standard clip art picture of a globe, but with a tape measure cinched around the middle of the globe. The tape measure would be pulled tight to make the center of the globe “skinnier” than the top and bottom halves.
What program could I use to create this image from a standard clip art image of a globe? What are the steps within the program to accomplish the effect I want?
Better yet, can anyone volunteer to make this for me?

Hi I eat clean all the time and train very hard in the gym but i can never seem to get my abs defined. This will be my third summer trying and its starting to get frustrating now, Can you please give me some sound advice in order to get those perfect abs!
I recommend doing the ab boot camp, alot of models and body builders use it as well as normal people who want a great stomach to show off! The Ab Boot Camp, has some dietary suggestions of cutting back on sugar and drinking more water then for at least 3 days of the week do the ab boot camp along with 30 minutes of cardio that day. You should see results within a month if your stomach is not covered with a layer of fat, if they are then I recommend keeping up with cardio to burn the fat!
