What do women fitness models eat and what’s their workout routine?
in case some people didn’t notice..I’m talking about FITNESS MODELS not just those skinny models on the runway
Fitness models generally seem to be in the middle of the, so called, healthy weight range, some heavier some lighter. Fitness models are mostly on the muscular side with low body fat, less than 18% for competition. Probably just a healthy balanced diet with lots of cardio and strength training.

I am wondering about fitness classes for my 8 yr old son, anyone familair with the new kids fitness classes?
I used to do triathalons and still workout couple times a week so I am famialiar with fitness, but what about the new kids fitness programs springng up…are they good for kids tht young? He plays baseball (made an all star team) and is constantly on the go but he is on the low end of strength nd speed so I thought that may help him…sound like a good idea?

I loved the sweatin’ to the oldies ones. They get your heart pumping but are easy enough to be done during pregnancy. I did them up until my 6 month…then baby just got to heavy and I got too out of breath.
Now I do walking and strength training on an exercise ball. They have some great exercises and tools on at http://www.babyfit.com and it’s FREE! Nutrition tracker, weight tracker, Fitness tracker, message boardes, due date tracker….it’s an awesome site!
Be careful with the yoga though. Everyone told me to try it and I did, which resulted in me not being able to walk for a few hours, I couldn’t even stand up!

Why do bodybuilder and fitness models all look for fad diets and gimmicks that don’t work?
rather than just eating right and exercising to turn their bodies into fat burning machines, like most (95%) dieter do? Bodybuilders must be really stupid, banging their heads against the wall and never seeing lasting results. Are they blind, can’t they see that eating the right foods will always lead to a toned healthy body. All they have to do is look at the super lean bodies of 95% of dieter and follow their eating habits, problem solved.
So that morons like you purchase their product to make them rich. Unlike a poor fat bastard as yourself.
