i was just wondering of the wii games out there that have a good gameplay and a good online experience.
right now i only like mario cart for online right now (Sinces there is no lag like brawl!) so i just wantedd to know what is your favorite game for gameplay and online play (2 seperate list one for game play and one for online play or just one list stating the best games would be nice)
games currently playing
Brawl
mario kart
mario super sluggers
wii fit (w00t for fitness)
oh yes i have beaten mario glaxy and paper mario i might check out the call of duty i love online =] but gameplay doesnt hurt lol i put online over pretty much story/gameplay any day a good online game is an easy buy for me =]
Medal of Honor 2 has great online play with no lag. If your into gun games then you should get it. The single player mode isnt why people buy it though, so dont expect too much for single player.
Great single player games are:

What clothing styles can accent my physical fitness but still be appropriate?
I’m interviewing for jobs that require physical agility/strength, jobs that often tend to employ large men. I’m a short woman who looks skinny in most kinds of clothes. Most people don’t assume I’m very strong. In actuality, I’m physically fit, and a little buff, but this doesn’t show unless I’m in workout clothes or a swimsuit. Are sleeveless shirts appropriate to ANY interview, or is there a sleeve style that will highlight my toned arms? What kind of clothes will highlight my muscle tone and physical condition while still being appropriate for a job interview? [Oh and I don't want to look SLUTTY, either.]
It seems like most clothing out there other than workout clothes, is meant for women with one kind of build… those “cap sleeves” for example are a joke because they’re too tight on my arms, and a lot of pants out there end up too tight on my thighs yet too baggy around the waist!
For a job interview, maybe you should wear a knee length skirt– you can show off your calves without looking trashy.
As for a shirt, I think anything that looks nice and fits well will do. Since this is an interview, I would wear a jacket or blazer. If you don’t have access to anything like this, a sweater would work too.
Don’t worry as much about LOOKING muscular, just make sure you mention how strong you are in the interview. They’ll often ask you about your hobbies– mention you love working out, tell them how much you can bench press
1 What muscles are primarilly worked by pull ups?
2 What does HIIT stand for?
3 Muscle ups are a combination of which two exercises?
4 What is the best exercise for targeting the lower back?
5 Why are six second abs, the ab lounge, and seated crunches so effective? ( they are not)
Winner is the person who gets all five right first.
Nah not hwk, just checking if anyone knows anything about fitness on here.
1) Largest = Lats (latisimus dorsi) if you’re talking wide overhand grip.
2) High Intensity Training
3) Never heard of them. Exercises have loads of different names. Are they a chin up into high bar dip? (I call them a gymnast’s chin-dip).
4) No such thing as “best” - depends on what is appropriate for that person. Muscles of the lower back or primarily extensors, so some form of extension exercise, obviously.
5) Like you say, they’re not. I’m guessing they get some results because the people who try them either benefit from placebo effect on their training, are altering a tired training regime for the first time in years, or are going from not doing any exercise to doing these routines - they’re better than nothing.
I’ve been playing the Wii Sports Fitness Challenge for a while and got an age of 23 : ) But is this age only based on your scores on the three games or how long it takes you to complete the challenges? or maybe something else all together?
Your score is based on how well you did in ALL THREE challenges.
And… the best “age” that you can get is actually “20″… NOT “22″ like someone else said.
So… if you just PRACTICE those challenges a lot and then take the “Fitness Test”… you’ll get an age of 20 in no time!!
It doesn’t have anything to do with HOW LONG it takes you… just HOW WELL you do.
