Why do Fitness First gyms quote different tarriffs all the time? Why have I been quoted different prices??
I would like to join the Fitness First gym by my work and am intrigued by the way the same gym have quoted me different prices on different occasions. Four people I know who go there are on completely different price bands for exaclty the same services at the same gym! Does anybody know how they work out the tarrifs? I don’t want to get ripped off if I could get a better deal…
They have special offers all the time so the four people you know will have signed up at different times on different offers. Find the lowest and use this as your starting point when discussing the price of membership. Remember the price they give you is only a starting point and you can haggle and ask for a discount. You might find different prices on one of the shopping comparison internet sites.
Good luck

I live in Dallas, TX and I am really interested in joining a yoga class but I’m really new to the whole fitness club thing and I don’t know what I’ll need to do. I don’t know where would be a good place to go (24 Hour Fitness, Lifetime… etc.) and I don’t know what I am looking for. Are yoga classes like 2 times a week or do you have to pay for different ones. I am only 17 so I don’t want to spend 100$ a month that I don’t have. I know I am being confusing but basically I just want to know WHERE I can take a beginners yoga class, and any other basic information I would need to know before signing up. Thanks!
No problem visit http://www.dfwmeditation.org/ now and you will get all your answers. It’s free, easy and once a week. No sign up needed.
chicago fitness club near a subway station, preferrably with an indoor pool?
I’m looking to join a fitness club/gym in chicago. I don’t need something too fancy, but i would love it if there’s an indoor pool. Any suggestion would be great. I live around the loop so be great if it’s in the area. thanks!
If you live in the Loop. There are three places. First, this is a private club with a fitness center. It is the Union League Club of Chicago.

Second is the Mutliplex Center by Union Station.

I would say look up S factor classes but there aren’t any studios near you. I looked up using yahoo local pole dance classes and this is the only place they came up with. I tried calling to verify they are offered but no answer. I hope you find a class, I have only heard good things about these classes. http://www.bhamdance.com/
