Maybe soon, I will see God and Jesus. At least that is what I was told. Eternal life does NOT depend on works. If it did, we will all be in hell. Christ paid for EVERY sin, so how can I or you be judged BY GOD for a sin when the penalty was ALREADY paid. People judge but that does not matter. I was reading the Bible and The Integrity of God beginning yesterday, because soon I will see them.
So, this is what Christians believe or what?

George Sodini simply wrote that he read the Bible as an “insurance policy” the day before he planned to reject it’s instructions and murder as many people as possible. He does not claim to be a Christian. He was clearly a mentally disturbed person, and not a sound person to reference on any matter, much less on a theological level!

Stationary bike, and health/fitness questions. help please?
I just recently won a bike off of ebay and its a nice bike. I was wondering about how it would effect my love handles and my stomach fat area. Will it help? will it help to stand up and ride bike, not sit and ride it? Will the overall exercise help a forming double chin go away? With good exercise on it everyday (maybe 3 miles a day), and good healthy eating help me achieve the body i want? I am not over weight at all, i just would like to take some of the fat of my stomach and under my chin, so please no rude comments. Will what i just explained help me, do you have any recommendations with the bike and eating? please let me know. I am really not interested in taking pills like the acia berry. Also im starting winter track which wil help also? Does running help lose fat on stomach? will it help with my love handles at all? we will be running everyday for an hour and a half. Please no mean comments, just answer my questions if you can.

Yes if you bike 3 miles every day you will lose some weight (as long as you don’t increase your caloric intake/how much you eat).
It’s just basic math. If you eat the same amount but increase your calories burned, of course you will lose weight.
I would just advise you to watch out because when people start new exercise routines– they often subconsciously eat more because their bodies want to compensate for the increased calorie burned.

I could just ask how to decrease fat and increase muscle but i don’t trust non certified people unless you leave a link from where you obtained the information or direct me to a free web site. And I don’t like those websites where it’s just one article with ads on the sides with singles dating crap. that’s just lack of credibility. right off the bat. I can tell you that. Or can Anyone share their programs with us all.?? please be a life saver!! we’re poor lol.

Nothing TOO ott though that might require things like excerise balls and dumb bells, etc as my props are kinda limited..

I try lots of them as a fitness trainer. They give me new ideas.
Most home workout DVDs dont require much equipment. Which is good if you ask me. bodyweight is usually plenty, but when you need added resistance, resistance bands are a great way to go. They are cheap, easy to carry around, and best of all, they work! (think bowflex, etc… all based on resistance- not weight).
Anyhow:
10-minute workout with Tony Horton. Very good cardio and toning workout. Everything Tony does is intense.. but very effective. (Plus, Tony is very easy on the eyes. :wink:)
Flirty-Girl Fitness. Its a little risque, but the workouts are great IF you keep up. Its not hard, but they tend to give too many breaks.
Hip Hop Abs. OK, this one is kind of whacky… but no crunches, and lots of cardio. Get ready to sweat.
If your already fit, and really want to Bring it…. then nothing beats P90X. Ive been doing this for 9 months. In fact, this is what we fitness trainers use to train with! lol.
It’s killer, but it has everything. Workouts, nutrician guide, online support, etc. It’s spendy, but worth it in my opininon.
If you want ONLINE (i re-read your question), then search You Tube they have some, but I don’t know if I could recommend any one in particular. They all lack balance. A true workout is balanced with the essencial elements. Unbalanced workouts dont give great results.
