What is something that I can take to make my ejaculations shoot out stronger ?
Lately I’ve been looking for pills or anything that can give me an ejaculation boost for better orgasms . But with so many miracle drugs on the market , I’m not sure what to take . I once read in an article in Men’s Fitness that enough zinc intake can help produce more semen , but how can I tell if I’m taking enough ? Are there any men out there who have taken or are taking anything that helps them ejaculate stronger than before in the bedroom ? Please respond soon , thanx .
Kegel exercises work (read about them on Wikipedia or something). Also, a great source of zinc is pumpkins seeds. It sounds silly, but pumpkin seeds are a mild aphrodesiac and they’re good for you too! I think the first time I read that was in the Kama Sutra (it was one of the few plants I was able to identify). Halloween is coming up in a couple of months, so you can load up on pumpkins afterward! You can buy the seeds roasted too, but I find those seeds too salty for my taste. I can roast them myself or eat them dried. And try Kegel exercises, because they help too. Here’s a link about that: http://www.gopilipinas.com/magazine/men-Sexuality/Sexuality1.htm
Good luck!

There are more tips and info.
Loosing weight fast is always an unhealthy thing.
There are many diets who tell you that you can loose a lot of weight in no time. And it is working, but you are doing no good to your body. And there’s also the Jojo-effect.
The best thing to loose and hold a healthy weight is healthy food, less sugar, lots of drinking water, and sports.
Diet has to begin in your head. And you already started to think about your nutrition. That’s an important step. It is too easy just to make a magazine-diet for 2-3 weeks and loose some weight. But it will come back soon again. If you are over-thinking your nutrition and activity, you will have a constantly good result. Isn’t that much better and healthier than a crash-diet ?

My wife wants to open a fitness center in our small town for women only but doesn’t want to use a franchise. What are some of the pitfalls to watch for ? Who offers the best equipment and what type is best to use.
Associations may be a good avenue to explore. These organizations will address many of the thoughts, questions and concerns you’ll inevitably have as well as many you haven’t anticipated yet. See the source box for some relevant links.
Research, research, research – this cannot be stressed enough. Read as much as you can about the industry. Here are some book titles that are relevant:

What are some good Men’s fitness/health/nutrition magazines?
Any magazines that come monthly and include anything related to health, nutrition, weight lifting, fitness, etc.
Which do you personally subscribe to that are really good?
Best/most-detailed list will get chosen as Best answer. Guaranteed.
Muscle and fitness is pretty good. It goes into detail about exercises and nutrition plans that work. If you already know a lot about fitness though, it can get a little bit monotonous. If that is the case, I would recommend a more advanced bodybuilding magazine like flex, if that’s what you are going for.
Ashley Greene SUPERHOT Shoot for Men’s Fitness Magazine!!!!
I just subscribed to Men’s Fitness and recently started working out. My question is how do you perform the exercises properly? I mean, in the fitness section of the magazine, there are usually three workouts (A, B, C). Do I do exercise A first, then rest a day, then B, then rest a day, and so on?? Also, some workouts require me to do exercises in between sets. Does this mean I do exercise A, exercise B, and then A, and B again until I’m done???
Please help me. I know that I over analyze things a lot, but I wan’t to learn how to be healthy.
Thanks.
Also, in Men’s Fitness, it seems like theres two different sections for workouts. Am I supposed to do the first section one day and the next section the next day? Or just choose a goal, and do the required exercises??
