fitness newsletter names
Catchy name for a newsletter?

Need a catchy name for a newsletter used at a fitness club. Any ideas???

You can call it “toilet paper” and have it hanging on the doors of the bathroom stalls or above the urinal. Not sure if this is a newsletter you’re sending out or one that will just be hanging up.

If you’re sending it out, you can call it “The Best Times.” Kind of a play on words. Times = newspaper and “Best Time” is a phrase used for your personal best during a race.

fitness tests for children

fitness tests for children
I want to opt my child out of the Presidential Physical Fitness test. How?

I’m not a fan of standardized anything but especially when it comes to kids and their physical size and/or abilites. For most kids, the whole thing is traumatizing and pointless. Isn’t it my right as a parent to “opt out”?

Sure. It should be easy enough…a phone call to the school aught to do the trick.

For what it’s worth, while I do believe you’re within your parental rights to opt out, I don’t think you’re right about this. I think it’s important to teach kids (a) physical fitness, (b) competition, and (c) that we don’t always win. I don’t know anyone who was “traumatized” by these tests, either when I was in school, or when my daughter was in school.

fitness models diet plan

fitness models diet plan
What result will I be seeing if I follow this workout and diet plan.?

I am on a strict diet and workout plan.
first, I am 5′5″ and 107lb with 21% body fat.
My goal is to NOT lose weight, but drop down my body fat to 17%
currently, I am consuming 1500 calories a day.
I am doing 45 minutes cardio (high impact) workout
and 55 - 58 minutes weight training (different body part on different day)
with one day rest.
I also do 3 times ab training a week.

If I follow this workout diet plan, what kind of result can I expect after 90 days?
Can I be able to reach my goal and look like a fitness model?
Any type of answers will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

I think you will look really good. Your already off to a pretty good start. Usually the best fitness models have a solid amount of muscle mass, around the legs, butt, some shoulders, etc.. So you could also expect to gain a bit of weight, but you will look awesome. good luck
