what is the best & cheapest gym in houston, tx (LA FITNESS, 24HR FITNESS, CURVES FOR WOMEN, ETC.)?

I would like to know which gym in the Sugar Land/Houston,TX area has the best gym for the money. This would include monthly membership if necessary and the gym has to be fully equipped with sauna, pool, Pilate’s class, etc; however I do not want to pay a lot if I can find a cheap gym

Call the Better Business Bureau and see if they have any complaints on the ones you are interested in. This is a world wide forum, so we don’t know what is in your area. Every gym offers something for a price. Shop and compare. If you want cheap, work out at home with some DVD’s.

Does anyone have any Cardinal Fitness Coupons in the Indianapolis IN area?

I am recent resident of Indianapolis and would like to go to Cardinal Fitness because of the great rates. However, I am looking for a coupon that can get me out of the intitiation fee of 100+ dollars. Does anyone have one of these I could have/buy for a small rate?

No idea on the coupon but if you have a good ability to bargain, seriously, bargain for them to wave it - you need to play a little hardball but I had a friend that bargained a smaller fee and no initiation fee - and got it…not right away (they called him on the phone later)
If you chose to do this you need to treat it as if you were car shopping -and walk away if your demands are not met. Remember, it’s a tough market, you can throw in the ‘I went to NIFS or ABC fitness and they offered me a special deal’ - or whatever

hiya i have seen these shoes that are like a trainer but have bouncy things on the bottom that lets you run but bounce at the same time ?
do you no what they are called ?
they are at the gym and there is a class called bouncing kangaroos is the class but i dont no what the shoes are called because i really want a pair ?
