Fitness Gurus! Help me pick a healthy goal weight?
I am very short, 155 pounds, and my body fat percentage is 33%. Id like to get it around 21-22%. Im in no rush, I will do it the healthy way, but Im interested to know, how much weight roughly, that will be to lose? Im a “planner” and Id like a proper goal weight to work towards! Thanks to anyone who can help! p.s. please no fitness tips, Ive got all the information I need, just a goal weight! haha
Hi,
Instead of a goal ‘weight’, I think it is more realistic to set a goal ’size’.
What size do you want to fit into? I think a lot of people choose unrealistic goals such as a specific poundage and get disappointed. I know a few people who have toned up and not lost any weight but have dropped 4 pant sizes. Which will be more satisfying to you?

fitness network london

Are there any multiple groups of gyms you can join in Sydney?
When I was in London, I belonged to the London Fitness Network which was great because I could go to any council gym in London for only a few pounds more than joining a single gym. Are there any networks like that in Sydney, Australia?

is this a virus?
when i start up my computer it comes to the “log in” screen (Windows XP). I will click on my username and it will start up, then immediately log me off and go back to the log in screen. i can’t do anything. i am afraid it may be a virus cuz it started after i downloaded what i thought was a free software program (a diet and fitness tracker). how can i fix this?
The first answer may work, but none of your documents, pictures, or music will be on the new profile.. try this…
boot into “safe mode” and use the system restore option (asuming it is on) and go back to the day before you had this issue. You can get to safe mode by tapping on the “F8″ key when you boot the computer (turn it on) while it is going through hardware but before you see the Windows XP logo. One in safe mode, use the system restore by going to Start –> Accesories –> system tools and click on system restore… select a date that is before the download on that app….
hope this helps..

fitness world 24

What age does the average male from the developed world reach his peak physical fitness?
Providing that his training schedule and diet remain consistent… My own rough guess would be somewhere in between 24 to 35 years of age, but does anyone have a more specific answer?
You will never know..To truly reach your peak in physical fitness has too many parameters involved including technical and mental fitness. If you ask any top athlete they will express to you that the mental fitness is just as or even more important than the physical fitness as this drives one to train hard and also motivates human beings. People come out with an age or number when we physically decline, but I tell you now, that if the motivation is strong enough in a human being, even in a state of physical decline they can achieve extraordinary physical feats that may conjur up words like ‘peak fitness’ in the minds of others. I personally feel that a man in his ‘prime’ or window of ‘physical peak’ will always be surpassed by the same man in physical decline through age that is at his ‘mental peak’. in conclusion: for a humans physical peak to be met it must be married together with a peak of mental / technical fitness / Nutritional balance and not forgetting emotional state. As we are all individuals it would be impossible for anyone to be more specific…
If physical peak is our goal A training schedule will never remain consistent as our bodies follow the laws of adaptation. As we adapt to the stresses placed on our bodies the stressors must be changed to enable a higher threshold of adaptation to occur. These laws apply mentally, emotionally, technically as well as physically.
When an athlete gets bored, loses focus or motivation then that is when there peak is no more…..
