Info about police fitness test (uk)?

I would like a career in the police and would like to know what I have to do for the fitness test and how I can train for this.

Most home office forces entrance fitness tests are ‘bleep tests’ or ’shuttle runs’ as they are sometimes called. The level required changes but is quite low overall, check www.policecouldyou.co.uk for up to date info.

Some forces however have different tests such as West Midlands Police who use what i would call a ‘mini’ indoor assault course. Forces who dont use the bleep test are few and far between and your best bet is to speak with your chosen forces recruitment team.

How can i set up an e-commerce drop ship website in the UK?

I want to setup, or buy an already setup website which will allow me to drop ship Fitness items in the UK. Ideally, Supplements and fitness equipment.
I am good with PHP so could set up a website by myself, but i have no idea how to start drop shipping items etc… So i think for my first time it would be easier to purchase an already designed and set up website, and then move forward from there.
