Where can I watch free Fitness videos?
i have been looking all over and cant find anything everything i find that i would like is only a 2 mins introduction fitness video …i want some sort of dance fitness, pilaties fitness, aerobics workout . something like those any idea were to watch any of these kind of things on my computer

Do you know where I can find free online exercise videos for cardio or aerobics? (Besides youtube)?
I can’t afford to go to the gym and my neighbourhood is not suited for outside sports…
I want work on my fitness indoors and I don’t have any equipment (like f.e. a step, stairs or hometrainer)
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

I have downloaded some from limewire. I also did some bit torrents. Even my local cable company has some on On-Demand and even a exercise channel.

How come i’m not losing weight?
I joined Slimming World about 3 months ago but i keep losing a pound then gaining it back. It’s so annoying. Should i keep going? It feels like a rip-off considering that its £4.50 a week! I was thinking about going to a diet and fitness spa for adults in America. This is expensive too, about £3500 for two weeks including flights. I weigh 15st 5lb and i’m only 5′2″. I have been overweight for most of my life. I’m only 23. I need a diet and exercise program that i can stick to. Any suggestions? I have started swimming lessons and have been going to aqua aerobics for a few weeks to get my fitness levels up but i have a healing fracture in my spine so i have to be careful in everything i do. I also have Fibromyalgia. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks

Fitness Workout Videos? Please Help !!?
Hey well im desperate for really good exercise workout videos i can watch online for example youtube. But iw ant them to be long like 10 minutes. Half houred or even 1 Houred ones would be the best. I want them for abs, legs, bum, arms etc..
If they can be all girly that would be even better liek you know really girly and pink it gets me a little more motivated wen they look good. Also like the once were its a whole class doing it there more motivating. Please tell me good ones and good places i can get it for free online. Full length things aswell. Honestly, I don’t think you’ll be able to find full length workout videos online. I hate spending money on workout videos because it’s hard to see them. However, I finally found a site where you can watch clips of the dvd before you buy it. It’s called Collage Video (collagevideo.com). I love step workouts (you can buy a stepper from Walmart) and Tae Bo. I hope that helps.
