fitness videos for women
I need some video clips or movies that I can use for a hisory project on German women during Nazi Rule?

They need to be preferably before the holocaust.
I’m doing a project on Nazi women and cant seem to find any videos/clips, I’m looking for a speech to the german women or a video that shows what life was like for women under Nazi Rule.
Also if anyone knows where I can find examples of marriage or “fitness to marry” certificates that would be helpful too.
THANKS HEAPS!

The Canadian History Channel ran a whole series of programming yesterday (I suspect to commemorate the suicide of Hitler on April 30, 1945).
Propagandists were just beginning to use colour film. You might try checking various History (television) Channel websites for names of films and possibly clips you may be able to pick up.
Certificate copies or examples of such may be available through archival sources and/or websites in Germany where vaults have recently been opened and material is being sorted.
I know some immigrants (from Germany during that day in history) may have some but you would need to know on whose door to knock.
I do not recall ever seeing a copy of such in any of the source books I have researched.

Do you think a fitness club (Lady of America) would take my mom to court over 300 bux?

Also do you think that if they did and she did not show up they’d issue a warrant for her arrest? - on a civil case?

Their calls sound mostly like mere threats than actual activities!

It’s possible but doubtful. What has probably happened is the fitness club has turned your Mother’s debt over to a collection agency. Collection agents get paid on commission and will do/say anything to collect on a bill.

To answer your court question - $300 would be small claims court. If your mother did not show, they would rule automatically in favor of the plaintiff (fitness club) which means your Mother would be on the hook for the $300 in addition to court costs which would put what she owes well over $1000.

If the money is actually owed - she should probably pay it.

Is my fitness coach for wii just for women?

I was wondering if my fitness coach for the wii is just geared towards women? From the videos I have seen it just shows a female instructor and never mentions if they have a section of workouts for men. I own wii fit and want to get another work out game and this game has gotten solid reviews I just want to make sure they have work out programs for men.

Thanks

It looks like it is for everyone- not just women. It has strength training exercises- which men love, so I wouldn’t worry about it being a female trainer. ( I’m female and I use the guy trainer on Wii fit ) I would get it and have fun. Why worry? you get to do it in your own private living room! Now get out there and exercise! :D

7 Tips for Fitness Women

Would you like to be a fitness woman? Or are you a fitness woman but would like to be effective? Here are 7 great tips on how to become an effective fitness woman:

1. Get a program that will best suit you. Every fitness woman is different. You may have surgical history where a program may not be suited for you. Always consult a qualified trainer to make sure that the fitness program will not hurt you. If the fitness program is not for you, it will only be a cause of frustration and injuries.

2. Set realistic targets. Wouldn’t you be frustrated if you set your mind into reshaping your body in month? Make sure that the body you prefer in a period of time is achievable and realistic. The program should also be practical and will not give you false hopes. It is important to be aware of the blocks you encounter in your daily living. This will help you know what program is satisfactory. And once a program has been reached, then you can set goals and timelines that are realistic.

3. Exercises should work on the parts of your body where muscles are. The reason mainly is, when you develop muscles, you burn more calories and then you lessen the fats in your body. Multi-joint exercises and weight lifting are recommended. Learn what exercises work on certain parts of your body. Multi-joint exercises are also said to be effective but time saving.

4. Be systematic on working on your muscles. Your muscles should be working harder over time. Repeating the same sets of exercises and same weight without getting your muscles to work harder will not give satisfactory results. You can record your daily results and make the progression based on your previous data. A daily log will also motivate you since you are able to track how far you have gone. It builds confidence since there is a written proof something that was successfully accomplished.

5. Perform a set of exercises in 10 repetitions. Every number that was accomplished is called a repetition. Try to make every repetition with less momentum as much as possible. The lesser the momentum, the harder your muscles work. And the harder they work, the bigger they become. To check if there is much momentum when lifting, see if the arm is floating. If the arm does float, then there is much momentum.

6. Be flexible and perform a variety of exercises.  Every exercise program should have a variety. You can change your exercises, goals and sets every month to keep you motivated and on the go. Doing this will help you prevent being bored and losing energy physically and mentally.

7. Be Motivated! The best way to keep the energy levels of trainees is to allow a healthy competition and allow them to have a sense of control. Having control is having the sense ownership where everybody gets a part in implementing a program. To do this you also need to be consistent in demonstrating your skills.

Not all programs work for all types of people. There is no workout that is best for everyone. But you learn from experienced people. Learn to acknowledge blocks and demonstrate self-discipline, keep yourself motivated and work harder everyday and add variety. Doing these things, you will discover that a lot of programs will work for you.

What do you think is the best women’s fitness magazine? And why you chose that one?

Women’s Health?
Shape?
Fitness?
Other?___

And why do you think that?

I happen to like Women’s Health. It’s not girly, trashy, or full of useless info. It covers a lot of things besides physical health and doesn’t take itself too seriously. I recommend it.

what are some good fitness magazines for women?

I just bought FitnessRx and cant stand it! It was my fault, I made the costly mistake of buying fitness bull when I feel down about my weight. It happens every time I buy fitness pills, Im usually so depressed about being fat. I just looked through it and it looks VERY objectifying. Every picture has a woman in a bikini posing and the pages are nearly littered with pills that promote weight loss. I was looking for something healthy and motivational, but all I have found is a 5$ pill advertisment with sex appeal.
I just need some motivation to do this the right way with interesting exersizes. What magazine is good for this?

I think Im gonna return this crap. Just bought it 15 mins ago!

If you want a magazine without the crap…not some wussy magazine like Shape, you may need to go with one that’s for men and women. Muscle Media has a lot of very muscular men and women, but it’s pure truth…no sex or sleaze. It’s got great workouts. The women are too muscular for my taste, but they give great tips. Don’t do ‘Shape’, etc. These mag’s just have skinny models who have never worked out. Also, stay away from ‘Muscle and Fitness Her’s’…it’s as hypy as the rest of them.

BTW…supplements are crap and you aren’t doing yourself any favors! Stick with a healthy balanced diet and workouts. If you need some FREE tips visit my site. This is my passion:
